Dear ePassporte Account Holders,

Please be advised that, at 12:00 PM PDT today, September 2, 2010, we were notified that effective immediately, Visa International has suspended our banking partner's (St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank) ePassporte Visa program. The ePassporte e-Wallet program continues to be up and running, except funds cannot be transferred between your Visa Account and your e-Wallet. At this time ePassporte can no longer issue Visa Cards, and the ability for our Account Holders to make point of sale purchases and withdraw funds from ATMs has also been suspended.

At this time we do not know why this drastic action was taken by Visa. To us, it is unconscionable that such action would be taken without the opportunity for ePassporte to fully understand Visa's reasons and to be able to take all steps necessary to keep our program running the way it has so successfully done for over 7 years. But that is what Visa has done.

As soon as we have more information we will be in contact with you.

In the meantime please be assured that your funds are safe.

We are very sorry for the short notice and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The ePassporte team is working diligently to rectify this situation.

Hi everybody, sorry for my english, I Just phone, St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank and they told me to phone epassport , they can't do nothing. Before that I phoned International Visa, they located me perfectely with my visa virtual number and they said this number have been give by St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank .. So no problem they are really at a real name on Visa International systems....they saided me NOTHING HAVE been cut off by Visa International, it's St Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank who have cut off epassport. Also in the big tread, Micheal O never answer the question below so I send to him a email with the same question again until he response.

Give me the the reason why money should be avaible when the money
is on wallet and not when the money is on a virtual account ?

That is rediculus, I dont beleive at all, money is stwich from a account
number to another when we do transfert between wallet and virtual account.

I phone visa internal and you bank have not been cut off by the network, it
your bank who cut off EPASSPORT !!

Dont receive any anwser for now .. I also phone epassport .. I wait 1 minute before I get someone .......... lol .. a fucking TOM-TOM who dont know what to tell .. with a bad phone ... Can ear 1 word on 3 .. he saided it's only technical ISSU ..

сообщение скопировано с GFY - для тех кто плохо читает по англ. - в краце чел звонил в визу, виза подтвердила что ничего не лочила, что проблема в банке иммитенте карт. чел звонил и туда (в банк) - его послали со всеми вопросами в епасс, мол они все теперь решают....

теперь от меня - со слов михаэля о. деньги на валлете и визе хранились в разных банках, те те что на валлете - теоретически можно снять, я сделал запрос на вывод, деньги ушли с епасса - но вот появятся ли на реальном счету - хз.
